Helen Todd
Helen Todd has dyscalculia and also experiences regular ocular migraines and migraines with aura. She founded Impact People Consulting in August 2023 to support small and medium-sized organisations achieve their objectives through the power of their people.
Helen says:
“Not all disabilities are visible, and as a result it can be difficult to explain the impact they are having.
Wanting to understand, listening to the person and not assuming anything is a good place to start. Everyone’s disability is different.”
